Themed perfect little rooms, they are provided with a nice modern space, a drink and comfortable bed.

The staff were fantastic and awesome too.

Very central location near to a pub, or even a motel, and local restaurants, delis, pubs and shops, it was in a lovely area.

The hotel of choice in Market Rasen. Everything was excellent with perfect little and great-sized rooms. Good location to everything you need for an overnight stay & street views.

Our double room was neat and compact, had street view. Location: the hotel was right by town centre, local restaurants, delis, pubs and shops and a pub that was n't open. There was a tapas restaurant nearby.  

Convenient location for events at Advocate. Quiet, off-road parking available. Warm rooms with spacious walk-in showers. Comfortable beds. Good value for money. Friendly and relaxed staff. Easy walk to town center. No noise at night.

The location was unbeatable and handy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Everything was simply nice. The food was nice. Got themed, great value room with comfortable bed. The staff were attentive and excellent and the location was magnificent in near everything. In a hurry we visited Spiced Lotus 

Had absolutely gorgeous double room with milk, fantastic shower, for instance. The location was great and I could use free parking onsite.
